The Dayton Arcade is a revitalized urban hub with growing businesses, events, and community programs—but its digital presence wasn’t keeping pace. Audiences struggled to navigate the site, discover tenants, or engage with what was happening inside the Arcade. Internally, the team needed clearer marketing structure, better content execution, and a digital foundation capable of supporting ongoing growth.
